All courses purchased on Zelquarintor come with a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. This gives you ample time to explore the content and determine if it meets your learning objectives.
- Request must be submitted within 30 days of original purchase date
- Course completion must be less than 80% of total content
- No previous refund requests for the same course
- Original payment method must be accessible for refund processing
- Promotional or discounted courses follow the same refund timeline

Approval Confirmation
Once approved, you'll receive a confirmation email with your refund reference number and expected processing timeline based on your payment method.
Refund Processing
The refund will be processed to your original payment method. Course access will be revoked upon successful refund completion.
Processing Times
Refund processing times vary depending on your original payment method. Here's what you can expect:
3-5 business days after approval. May take additional time to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
1-2 business days after approval. Funds will appear in your PayPal account balance immediately.
5-7 business days after approval. International transfers may require additional processing time.
2-3 business days after approval. Includes Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other digital payment methods.
Special Circumstances
We recognize that unique situations may arise that fall outside our standard refund policy. Here's how we handle exceptional cases:
- Technical issues preventing course access may extend the refund period
- Medical emergencies or family situations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
- Duplicate purchases will be refunded regardless of the 30-day limit
- Course content significantly different from description may qualify for extended refund eligibility
- Accidental purchases by minors will be processed immediately upon verification
Course Bundles & Subscriptions
Bundle purchases can be refunded within 30 days if less than 2 courses have been accessed. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime, with access continuing until the current billing period ends. Annual subscriptions qualify for pro-rated refunds within the first 60 days.
Non-Refundable Items
While we strive to accommodate most refund requests, certain items and circumstances are not eligible for refunds:
- Courses completed beyond 80% of total content
- Certificates and completion credentials already issued
- Gift purchases (recipient may request refund under normal terms)
- Courses accessed through employer or institutional accounts
- Promotional codes or credits cannot be refunded for cash value
- Third-party integrations or additional services purchased separately
